  I don't even know where to begin because Barbara and the entire Wickersham Fresno family made this experience truly unforgettable. I was planning a special surprise for my wife to celebrate a major milestone in her life, and I reached out to Barbara to help me find the perfect watch. From our very first email, she understood exactly what I was looking for and made sure every detail was right. What really touched my heart is how far Barbara went to help me pull off the surprise. She thought of every little detail to make sure my wife had no idea what was coming. When I finally handed her the watch, her reaction was priceless she was overjoyed, and honestly, so was I. Barbara didn't just sell me a watch, she helped me create a memory my wife and I will treasure forever. That kind of care and thoughtfulness is rare, and it says so much about the values of the Wickersham family and how they treat their customers. Thank you, Barbara, and thank you to everyone at Wickersham Fresno. You made this celebration truly special, and we are so grateful.

  I Highly recommend Wickersham, especially, Tara. My wife and i visited to express interest in a watch for my wife, and was immediately greeted by Tara. She offered us a drink and spent a lot of time going over the different watch models. Got to try several watches. Tara was highly professional, transparent about current availability, and added us to the registry without any pressure. A truly premium experience. Looking forward to getting the call from them.

  Had the greatest experience ever! Highly recommend coming here ! Been eyeing Tudor watches for awhile now and after finding out that they stocked them I had to go! When I went I was greeted by the most welcoming staff! Dianne was the bomb! She let me try on every watch that caught my eye and treated me like family from the start! Service like that is the main reason I decided to pull the trigger on such a big purchase! Thanks for all the love and definitely will be coming back for another watch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Absolutely beautiful new store with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Tara was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me so much about Rolex history and the brand. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I think I may have found a new addiction! Looking forward to my next visit.
