- PPPush pricesSep 1, 20261.0Was here today 8-31-26 and when I overheard how rude this dark haired older woman worker was to a customer before me, I wanted to leave but I waited and asked my question and just as I thought the worker gave me attitude as well, why are you so angry? Lets try to be happy and nice when dealing with the public and customers. There is a friendlier worker there, she looks asian and was very nice towards us and made a sale with us. If I ever visit this location again and see this woman in there than we will just take our business elsewhere.

I came in to have my sunglasses professionally cleaned and the nose pads adjusted, both of which have always been complimentary services at other Sunglass Hut stores I have visited. Unfortunately, the lady working this morning (wearing a black top and black glasses) told me she couldn’t adjust the nose pads without explaining why. She said she could clean my glasses, but the entire process took less than a minute. She simply just wiped the lenses with a cloth and handed them back. After handing them back to me, she commented that the glasses were “a little greasy” and suggested I use Dawn dish soap to clean them myself at home. That was disappointing to hear, especially since I came in specifically for a professional cleaning. If the best advice is to clean them at home, it defeats the purpose of offering this service in-store… Even though the lady was not mean, the experience felt rushed and unhelpful. Complimentary services should be provided in a caring and helpful manner, especially since I am a consistent and long-time Sunglasses Hut customer.
