  I stopped by this Sunglass Hut expecting the same level of service I’ve received at other locations. I came in to have my sunglasses professionally cleaned and the nose pads adjusted, both of which have always been complimentary services at other Sunglass Hut stores I have visited. Unfortunately, the lady working this morning (wearing a black top and black glasses) told me she couldn’t adjust the nose pads without explaining why. She said she could clean my glasses, but the entire process took less than a minute. She simply just wiped the lenses with a cloth and handed them back. After handing them back to me, she commented that the glasses were “a little greasy” and suggested I use Dawn dish soap to clean them myself at home. That was disappointing to hear, especially since I came in specifically for a professional cleaning. If the best advice is to clean them at home, it defeats the purpose of offering this service in-store… Even though the lady was not mean, the experience felt rushed and unhelpful. Complimentary services should be provided in a caring and helpful manner, especially since I am a consistent and long-time Sunglasses Hut customer.

  Sandra is best!! Had such a great experience trying on different styles and finding some really cute/chic/different glasses than I’m used to! I didn’t feel rushed and had fun

  Jessica was super helpful. My Miu Miu lost a screw. She was able to order them, get them replaced and put it on for me all within a week and a half.
