- PLPaloma Linares3 days ago1.01 staff member working on a Friday evening, store was super busy. I had a 50% off coupon because I ordered online, planned on using it but left because the store was packed and the employee was struggling to help everyone. When I tried to redeem my discount it the following day I was told I could not, apparently it was a one day thing. Perhaps if the store was better staffed I could have made my purchase/redeemed my discount.

Well I was approached by a lady with blonde, short hair and she was so RUDE! I have never had an interaction with someone like this who works in retail. The way she was talking and her tone of voice was so condescending. I did not want to buy or be helped by her I ended up leaving. She should not be working for any essilor luxottica company either with that attitude. There was a male that was working there and he was the one who greeted me and my boyfriend when we first walked in. But this lady she was just awful.

- ANAlondra NinoMar 14, 20261.0Never shop at this location, they are scammers and will purposely tell you they don’t have a new pair of glasses to sell you and only give you the display ones that are already scratched up. I tried to return mine just 4 days after I bought them. They were untouched unworn and they denied my return because of a tiny scratch that was there already when I bought them. They look at you like if you’re a shoplifter. She was so rude to me and didn’t offer any alternatives. Thankfully the other sunglasses hut store by the food court was able to help me out. Never again will go.
