- ABAzmi BaabkerOct 3, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the unacceptable customer service at this location. I paid approximately $220 for sunglasses that had a sharp edge on the left side, causing an actual cut behind my left ear. When I returned to request an exchange for the same model due to what appeared to be a manufacturing defect, the employee claiming to be the manager insisted that I pay an additional $40, showed no concern despite seeing my injury, and even said she did not care when I threatened to file a complaint. She also refused to provide her name. Charging a customer to resolve a potentially defective product that caused an injury, while showing such a lack of professionalism and concern, is completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a well-known company, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in Sunglass Hut.

- AVApril VueSep 3, 20261.0Terrible service for returns. I went in for a return for a glasses I bought three days ago. The lady with blonde whiteish hair said that the glasses were “scratched”. Took a look, minor, mini scratches that were probably already there when I bought it. She asked “what was wrong with the glasses” told her “just don’t use it as often as i thought” she decided that it was best to just put on the side in case i might want to use for the future and then declined my refund. Yet the other sunglasses hut by the food court was able to take my return and gave me a refund.
