I had a 50% off coupon because I ordered online, planned on using it but left because the store was packed and the employee was struggling to help everyone. When I tried to redeem my discount it the following day I was told I could not, apparently it was a one day thing. Perhaps if the store was better staffed I could have made my purchase/redeemed my discount.

Well I was approached by a lady with blonde, short hair and she was so RUDE! I have never had an interaction with someone like this who works in retail. The way she was talking and her tone of voice was so condescending. I did not want to buy or be helped by her I ended up leaving. She should not be working for any essilor luxottica company either with that attitude. There was a male that was working there and he was the one who greeted me and my boyfriend when we first walked in. But this lady she was just awful.
