  I had a great shopping experience here. Samaria was very professional and provided great customer service. Greeted me with a smile as I walked in, was attentive, and was very knowledgeable about the product in the store and helped me pick out a nice pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses. Due to her outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be back when I want a new pair of glasses and I’ll recommend this location to my family and friends. Thanks Samaria!

  Sales rep Karla was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process of finding the right glasses for my husband's birthday. I was almost ready to give up because all the styles I liked weren't polarized, but she took the time to show me different options, answer all my questions, and help me find the perfect pair.   I went in to the sunglass hut at fashion fair mall by the food court last week. I was planning on returning a pair of glasses i received as a bday gift that i really liked when i was looking online but unfortunately did not fit me and were just falling down my face. Fernando was there to help me with my return but asked me what the reason for the return was, im so glad i was honest about it because he quickly used some tools he had to make a few adjustments on my frames, i could not believe this was the same pair of glasses i had just handed to him because they fit perfect once he had me try them back on. Im so happy because now i was able to keep them. I had no idea glasses could be adjusted that way. I'm actually gonna take back a few other pairs i dont wear anymore and have him bring back to life so i can hand them down to my younger siblings.
