Was very passive aggressive about glasses for no reason while her co worker just watched her act like that. She was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there. Hire better people who actually can attract customers not run them away.

Well I was approached by a lady with blonde, short hair and she was so RUDE! I have never had an interaction with someone like this who works in retail. The way she was talking and her tone of voice was so condescending. I did not want to buy or be helped by her I ended up leaving. She should not be working for any essilor luxottica company either with that attitude. There was a male that was working there and he was the one who greeted me and my boyfriend when we first walked in. But this lady she was just awful.

Sam helped me choose which shapes fit my face best and even helped me get a pair that their own store didn’t have in stock. I’m so excited to have my first new pairs of designer sunglasses.
