  Very disappointed with how Plato’s Closet Fresno handled their recent Instagram giveaway. They advertised that the winners of a $100 gift card and a camera would be announced on July 3, but several days have passed with no winner announcement or explanation. Multiple people have commented on the post asking for an update, but instead of responding, those comments appear to be hidden or removed. If there was a delay, all they had to do was communicate with everyone. Ignoring customers and removing questions about the giveaway is unprofessional and makes the whole situation feel misleading. I hope they become more transparent and follow through on what they advertise because this experience has definitely hurt my trust in the business.

  This place ain’t good don’t waist your time going here. I went to go sale some clothes I had two bags one of shoes one of jeans (not skinny jeans) I sing in the girl said wait time will be bout 3 hours I waited 3 hours because the stuff I took were almost new so I didn’t mind waiting 3 hours because I thought they would take MOST of my stuff, everything was in great condition diction not rips or stains. 3 hours latter I get a txt that my stuff are ready, I go in just for the girl to say “we only took two things ($23 dollars) because the other items weren’t in good conditions” when they were like I said everything was almost new. LIKE YOU MADE ME WAIST 3 hours of my day off to tell me you only took in TWO things!!!! Yet everything they got in the store FOR SALE!! Looks in so much worst conditions then the stuff I took in!!! Crazy!!!! I wont be going back and waist my time there.

  My god if I could give this store a zero stars, I most DEFINITELY would. Literally such a scam & waste of time 😂 I have such cute clothes and they don’t fit me anymore due to me being pregnant, literally some brand new clothes in style & out of two bags of clothes they only wanted a brand new set from Victoria secret like a gym set that was over $70 and two other things and they offered me $10. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous. I’ve sold clothing items for way more off Depop or marketplace. Don’t waste your gas or time here they don’t know what they’re even talking about .
