  My experience with the cashier, Kennedy, was extremely unpleasant. From the moment I interacted with her, she was very short with me and spoke to me in an incredibly rude and dismissive tone. It honestly felt like I was speaking to a robot rather than someone who was supposed to be providing customer service. I completely understand that everyone has bad days, but there is a difference between having a bad day and making a customer feel unwelcome and disrespected. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and was the exact opposite of what I would expect from someone working in a customer-facing position. I can only imagine that when she applied for the position, she presented herself as someone who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. It was extremely disappointing, and honestly, it made me question why someone with that type of attitude would choose a job that requires interacting with customers. I hope management addresses this because customers should not have to walk away from a simple transaction feeling disrespected or uncomfortable.

  I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Nordstrom Rack. While the store offers a good selection of products, the customer service I received was unacceptable. During my visit, I noticed a few female staff members making facial expressions and appearing to talk behind my backs, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming shopping environment. If this is the attitude being brought into the workplace, it should be reconsidered. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. Professionalism should be a priority, regardless of the situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these behaviors through additional customer service training. I expect a much higher standard from a retailer with Nordstrom Rack’s reputation. I wasn’t planning to write a review, so I didn’t take note of the employee’s name. Looking back, I wish I had, as the manager needs to know which employees are responsible for this kind of unprofessional behavior.

  Nice place to shop, they have a wide variety of quality items. I picked up a Nice pair of sunglasses and some shoes. *I would encourage some remedial customer service training for their front of store staff. **I also encouraged them to hire people who would actually like their job and appreciate their customers. I say pop in someday and see what they have.
