I asked for a size in a specific style, why did the employee ask me to try on a size below in a different style. I was extremely confused. Unless this is the way Ariat is training their employees, I do not understand why the employee would tell me “the issue is your foot” and refused to bring out the size and style I requested. The employee was Dayala, or something along those lines, she did not tell me her name. To be told the issue is my foot twice, and that it would not fit my calf regardless, but not actually give me the shoe to try on in any size, up or down, is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service. Lost out on a sale for sure. She was so resistant to any sized I asked for.
