  Was in line and was seen in line a person cut in front of me mind you I was the only one in line and once that person walked up to the register someone came to help him. Worker seen me in line. She was so rude from the beginning looking us me and my daughter up and down like if we didn't belong! Never will I come back!!!!! I will also be calling corporate!!!! Im so hurt and disgusted!!!!!

  I had a really disappointing experience at the American Eagle store. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just one employee—most of the staff I interacted with came across as rude and unwelcoming. There were negative attitudes, dismissive behavior, and even visible facial expressions that made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than someone they valued. Customer service should be friendly and respectful, and this visit was the complete opposite.
