If you come to AE ask for Janet! She is outstanding and is always ready to help. I needed help for an upcoming trip to Mexico and Janet helped me find an outfit. She styled to make me feel confident and you just don’t find that anymore. Everyone needs to take a page out of her book when it comes to customer service!

Bad experience. I accidentally left my pink wallet in the dressing room. When I went back to ask if it had been found, an associate told me they had seen it, brought it to the front, asked if it belonged to anyone, and then gave it to someone who claimed it was theirs. A little while later, I was waiting outside the store when security approached me and told me my wallet had actually been found in one of the dressing rooms. When I opened it my money was missing $150. So which story is true? Why was I first told it had been handed to someone else? I used to work at this same mall, and our policy was always to secure lost items and ask anyone claiming them to describe the item before it was returned. Handing a wallet to someone simply because they said it was theirs is unacceptable. The inconsistency information I was given makes me question how lost property is handled at this store. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Rude and incompetent ignorant workers there today, one girl on register with brown hair in a bun and another girl with black hair in a ponytail, learn to be polite! If you don’t want to do the job you signed up for then why do you work there?

I will never go back to this store ! The employee with the pink hair was so rude !! She rudely told me to grab a fitting room and rolled her eyes because I didn’t hear her the first time. Looks like she hates her job. Definitely should get rid of her, everyone else was so welcoming and helpful.
