The customer service that sucks I come this morning to return shoes and socks And the lady and the cashier She told me we cannot return This is ridiculous. This is not the first time that I happen. I don’t know who is the manager on the story Because she say she can do nothing about it I’m really disappointed Cause how Trade the customers. I leave the Sacks in the store. Not for how many I pay Is how you Employees work

Walked back and forth between 3 isles looking for shoes I liked. There where 2 associates that I saw and walked past me a few times. Not once did they ask if I needed help or anything. After 20 minutes I found a pair that I liked. Paid and left. Need to work on customer service.
