- JSJohn SmithSep 21, 20261.0I’ve worn Oakley glasses for 35 years. They are crap. Cheap, plastic, crap. Worse yet, Oakley refuses to warranty anything. If you try to make a claim, they will route you through a bunch of call attendants that cut you off. The chats close, and if you submit a claim they will literally send you a message saying the claim has been closed without ever actually addressing the claim. I WILL NEVER BUY OAKLEY EVER AGAIN. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. I will tell my overseas partners to stop asking me for them. I will tell all law enforcement and fire department contacts that I have to AVOID OAKLEY COMPLETELY. It’s sad that the company has gotten this bad. UPDATE: I just spoke to a rep from Oakley. They wanted me to make multiple entries and multiple claims. I provided them their own order numbers for each order. Then the guy tried to tell me the side guards on different colored lense glasses are different! ITS THE SAME ACCESSORY PIECE ON EVERY PAIR!!! Same part number. Same color. Same order. OAKLEY IS A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT ARTISTS. THEY LIE. THEY REFUSE ANY POSSIBLE WARRANTY CLAIM. DO NOT BUY OAKLEY. Update: Oakley claimed that the warranty was closed because of a technical reason. I corrected the technical reason on a new claim, and they did the same thing!!! OAKLEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER A $5 PART. Do not buy Oakley unless you just assume the glasses are for 3 or 4 months and trashing them means nothing to you. OAKLEY DOES NOT ACCEPT WARRANTY CLAIMS.

My husband was not able to find anything, she actually went to the back room and pulled out 4 more pairs and we had a winner. The process was quick, friendly and professional. With BC/BS insurance, it was cheaper than Costco and Lens Crafters. Wonderful service
- JJJordan Robb (Jordie)Sep 2, 20265.0I’ve shopped here for years and it’s been flawless until my latest order. I had paid for engraving and unfortunately the engraving showed up with a misspelling. After checking the error wasn’t on my end I contacted their customer support expecting that they would replace the lenses or even just the single. To my surprise I was sent an entire new set of glasses. Absolutely fantastic customer support. I wish all companies realized the value of good customer service and the dividends it can pay in return customers, reviews and word of mouth. Thanks!
