BRUTAL NO RETURN CALL...NOTHING. Guess I have to dispute the charges ...BEYOND ANNOYING SHOULD OF LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER.

- LGLis GalaMay 31, 20211.0Placed an order on Saturday 5/29 to be delivered on the same day(website said same day delivery available) but of course it was never delivered, they claim that the driver tried twice but no one was home..BS since I happen to know that everyone was home and no notice was left on the door about an attempt to deliver the order..I only noticed because when I tracked it it said delivery unsuccessful..I called the store and they stated they tried calling the recipient but it was a wrong number..lies since I had them confirm the number and it was correct. They assured me that they would attempt to deliver it again that same day but of course nothing was delivered and when I tried to track it again the website claims my order does not exist. I waited until the next day to call back I spoke with Tatiana who states the order wasn’t at the store and that she would call the driver and call me back to see if maybe he took it to be delivered otherwise she would prepare a new order and have it delivered that same day ..I never got a call back and everytime I called the store there is no answer it is now Monday and my order still has not been delivered. At this point I just want a refund. This place makes edible arrangements look like a bad business and I will never order from any of their locations again. STAY AWAY!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
