  Cashier Leila A lacked customer service fot the second time. She didn’t smile or greet me, but I noticed that she effusive greeted and was very pleasant to the person ahead of me, I think she may be discriminating against people of my ethnicity. She stepped away to help someone else and came back with me waiting at her desk- not a word of apology. She didn’t thank me ant the end of the transaction even though I thanked her- she just walked off, Either she needs training in manners or needs to be fired for disrespect and discrimination. If this happens again I will be forced to take action against Nordstrom,

  This retail store was disheveled at 6:30 pm. I’ve never seen a Nordstrom Rack had clothing thrown over the racks and on the floor. There were some really great deals throughout the store. We spent a good amount of time in the store shopping i in spite of the appearance of the store. We found a lot of deals in the purses area and shoes area. The ladies at the register were fast and kind.

  The staff is friendly and professional. This location is always clean and organized. The bathrooms can be improved but it is organized and clean.
