  I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with Leila at this Nordstrom Rack store, and unfortunately, the treatment I’ve received has felt discriminatory and racially biased toward minorities. This has happened more than once, making it difficult to dismiss as a one-time misunderstanding. No customer should feel disrespected, singled out, or treated differently because of their race or background. I believe every customer deserves equal respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, looks into these repeated experiences, and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

  If you advertise "fast & free pickup" it means it should be fast you you don't have to stand in a line for 20 minutes 🤷‍♂️

  I like this store. There are always great bargains! There's not enough choice of pumps for me though.

  I lost my grandmother about a month ago and my little brother went in to buy some clothes for her funeral. The store was about to close and my brother asked the cashier if he could find an outfit for her funeral and she said yes. My brother ran into the manager and I have to say that she went above and beyond for him that when he came home not only was he in tears because of the loss of our grandmother, but he was in tears because of the way the cashier and the manager treated him. I don’t know the managers name he just said that she had a cool hair cut and that he was so touched by her kindness. I just wanna say thank you to her, the cashier, and even Nordstrom rack for treating him so well❤️
