  Recently I visited a Nordstrom Rack store on a weekday earlier in the day; however I found my experience at the location to be unpleasant. While shopping I heard one of their associates make ethnically derogatory remarks while speaking to another co worker. It is totally unprofessional and unacceptable for an associate of a retailer to speak like this ever. It is imperative that Nordstrom Rack take these types of incidents seriously and do something about any associates that are acting this way. The name tag on the worker was named Nolan.

  This clothing store had exceptional nice brands to choose from. The prices were so reasonable that I wish I found what I was looking for. Nordstrom Rack is worth checking out in case there is an item that fits your style.

  I was in this store today And I was claiming my $10 rewards birthday gift .. got to the counter and a Asian lady asks me if I want to open up a credit card. Intel. Her "I don't need a credit card in order to claim my $10 birthday rewards gift!" She didn't say anything and just put her chin up. Tells me the sale is final ..I already knew that. Wh the do these sales people act so stuck up! Maybe if they quit acting like they are all and a bag of chips they get better reviews!

  Cashier Leila A lacked customer service fot the second time. She didn’t smile or greet me, but I noticed that she effusive greeted and was very pleasant to the person ahead of me, I think she may be discriminating against people of my ethnicity. She stepped away to help someone else and came back with me waiting at her desk- not a word of apology. She didn’t thank me ant the end of the transaction even though I thanked her- she just walked off, Either she needs training in manners or needs to be fired for disrespect and discrimination. If this happens again I will be forced to take action against Nordstrom,
