  Poor return policy and poor customer service. Won't be returning after buying about 6 pairs of shoes here in the last couple years.

  I was extremely uncomfortable shopping at this store. Two employees followed me around for virtually my entire visit, pretending to retie the display shoes. Every time I moved to another area of the store, they moved too. It became painfully obvious that they were watching and following me, especially when they continued doing it as I walked across the store. What made it even more uncomfortable was that they were not treating anyone else in the store this way. I have never experienced such blatant and unnecessary suspicion while simply trying to shop. I ultimately left without buying anything, which was especially disappointing because I had planned to purchase a couple of pairs of sneakers. Being made to feel unwelcome and watched in a store is incredibly upsetting. There is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously, because it was both insulting and deeply disappointing.

  Huge store with plenty of options for men, women and kids. Prices vary greatly, but plenty of choices here. Order on line or at store and many shoes and boots there to try on and purchase at the store. Neat and clean. My wife bought 2 diffy shoes on line and easily returned the pair she didn't care for. Plenty of free parking and ADA accessible.

  Typically find good deals here, and the store is always clean and staff is always friendly and helpful.

  I was surprised they do not carry Hoka and Qn shoes. They have loads of Nike though.
