- ABAmy BrownMay 16, 20265.0I went into an actual store first the first time in ages. Was with a friend who was exchanging something. Saw a pair of pants and decided to try on. I worked in fashion for decades....way back when we had I. MAGNIN and Neiman Marcus in SF. I was under the impression that the days of customer service died when Union Square did. The two ladies who were working that day were fabulous. They escorted both of us to fitting rooms. Checked on us when we came out to look in the 3 way mirror. Ran to get me a different size. I was so enchanted that these 2 understood the assignment and actually did their job. I went in with zero purchasing intent but they did such a good job they ended selling both of us additional items. Bravo !!!!!!
