  I've had consistently great experiences shopping at Windsor. The store offers a wonderful selection of stylish clothing, dresses, and accessories at very reasonable prices, making it easy to find something special for everything from casual outings to formal events. What I appreciate most is that Windsor combines fashion, quality, and affordability. The store is well organized, the merchandise is attractive and up to date, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful when I've needed assistance. I've found several outfits there over the years and continue to enjoy shopping at Windsor. It's one of my go-to stores when I'm looking for something fashionable without spending a fortune. Highly recommended!

  I'm giving this Windsor 4 stars because of Jalene. She was super kind and helpful in assisting my fiancee right from the start, and was graceful enough to help me when I spilled my coffee, which I was willing to clean up myself. She had such a positive attitude the whole time, she wasn't upset or rude about it in any way. Upon checkout, we were helped by whoever the keyholder was (could tell by the key on her arm) and she on the other hand had a very bland and far from enjoyable attitude. Defintely not the role model she should be for others that are already exemplifying such a positive attitude and great show of work ethic. Thank you Jalene!

  i tried some dresses for homecoming and i wanted something different , i wanted a sparkling dress so i got 3 to try. I just tried one of them and i was full of glitter , my face , clothes, even the floor in the fitting room. When i gave back the dresses ,full of glitter the employe that was supposed to help me, laughed in my face. I went home and took a shower to get rid of the glitter and it’s still everywhere. How can you sell something like that!!! I will go to the customer service with the pictures. The prices are too high for the quality anyways...

  Love this place !! One of my favorite stores love their clothing and it's at decent prices and always have really great help from the employees :) got my ball dress from this store and the jewelry to go with it !! ❤️❤️❤️
