  JOEL RAMOS this review is for you. Joel it’s because of you today that I felt like the big cloud was lifted from over my head. I went in today w/ my daughter who is plus size and he found her a pair of jeans that helped her self esteem. she will be starting 6th grade and Joel really gave it his all to help her and because Joel wanted to help her I bought more! Because how he made my daughter feel being that she is plus size I can’t thank you enough! Your kindness and willingness and being outgoing that’s why I spent my money with your company today! Back to school shopping isn’t easy for all of us and the fact that when I said size 34 and you knew the size 18! Clock it Joel cuz you know your shiet! Continue to shine Joel and a million thank yous!

  Their associate, Joel, is very rude and condescending. I noticed he’s been working at this location for a while but apparently experience doesn’t make a difference when it comes to customer service for some staff. AE would really benefit taking some time to retrain their employees to be more welcoming, helpful and less disrespectful.

  Rude employees. You’d think they’d be happy to finally have a customer come in since the mall is always so dead. Not my fault you work at American Eagle instead of a grown up job. Maybe be nicer to people since they keep you employed.
