- KIKuda Shiva InuJun 5, 20261.0Today was my third visit to this store since it opened. The reason for my one-star review is the experience I had with the fitting room attendant. Around 2:30 PM, a young blonde employee wearing a light beige jacket was extremely rude and yelled at me while I was trying on clothes. I chose not to respond and simply left the items in the fitting room. I continued shopping and ultimately purchased some clothing without returning to the fitting room. I hope management addresses this situation, speaks with the employee involved, and provides additional customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism.

Chloe is my sales associate, she is kind, friendly and knowledgeable where to find the brands I was looking for. Chloe is a fashionista!!!

I did come across a young lady that worked there In beauty her name is Mila, very very rude, rolling her eyes when I asked to see a few things. Mumbling unnecessary comments under her breath about how she didn’t want to be there, and I get that it was a hectic event, but she was so rude and unfriendly that I will not go back, instead keep going to La Jolla to shop. I hope some more training is done on how to interact with the public and customers.
