  Terrible customer service, cranky lady, they don’t care about customers at all Please save your time before going there, plenty better places - Edit after owners reply: She is lying, go to the store and experience it yourself you will understand once you are there how terrible the service and vibe is.

  to anyone reading this, be educated and understand the value of your gold before going, I got super lowballed. *I went in and they offered me 42% the value of my gold, or $515 for 18.4 grams of 10K gold when gold scrap price is $1230 for 18.4 grams of 10k gold according to price per ounce today. although she was nice and took time out of her day to look at both my rings and at least offered something. *After reading your response, I still think a better offer could be made.*

  This place doesn't do coins, like another review mentioned. I imagine the owner will respond explaining why this is the case, that doesn't change the fact that coin is the first half of the part of your name describing your business. I came in to have a coin authenticated but was told they couldn't help me.
