  I've always had horrible experiences with customer service here but today I had Joshua at the check out counter and he was amazing! Will definitely be giving this store another chance because of him.

  Not happy with my return experience. On 5/4/26 I went in to return a black dress that was gifted to me. I didn’t have a receipt or the bag in which the dress came when ordered online. The two women helping me advised they couldn’t return the dress as they needed proof that it was an online order. I did not have the email or confirmation as this was once again “a gift”. They repeated the same thing over. I asked for a store credit since I didn’t have the information they asked but they said no. I expressed that I called earlier in the day to ask if they can still return without receipt. Person on the phone said yes. The lady assisting asked who I spoke with and I told her I can look for a name of the person I spoke with but she said it didn’t matter anyway because that employee was wrong. So I went to the Arden location and they easily processed a refund using the sticker on the tag and the transaction date. Do better Elk Grove location.

  This is my second time coming to this location. It’s clean and pretty organized for this type of store. It is on smaller size compared to others I have been to and the options are a lot more limited and didn’t find anything in my style. The costumer service is not good at all. I went in this time to return a few tops I bought online. The lady helping me was just giving me an annoying tone and trying to rush me. I told her I had 3 tops and all are from same order online. She would do one return and then as I am telling her here is the next top, she is starting to tell me here is your receipt. I’m like I have a few tops, and I show her I want to return this and this again and she is just giving me attitude tone of voice and then continues to ask again for the barcode for return, which I took out agin from my email. Then as I was giving her the last top, she starts doing the same thing again closing up the return and I am like I still have this to return. I don’t know what her problem was. I was polite and smiling and keeping my tone good with her entire time so I don’t know why this attitude. It wasn’t like I am in there returning things every week, this was first time in over a year I even bought from this store, and it wasn’t like I came in with bags full of things to return, it was just a few tops.
