  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by this Vans location today (July 30th) at around 10:00 AM with my kids, and I had a great experience! The team took the time to properly measure my kids’ feet so we could quickly find the right size and the right shoes. That made the whole process so much easier. The employee who helped us (a white gentleman) was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient. He made sure we got exactly what we needed and never made us feel rushed. I also wanted to recognize another employee (a Black gentleman) who I believe may have been the manager. Whether he was or not, he definitely carried himself like a great leader. He was enthusiastic, positive, and I noticed him coaching a newer female employee throughout our visit. He did a great job explaining things, encouraging her, and creating a welcoming environment while she did a great job taking in all the information. It’s always nice to see a team that works well together and genuinely cares about helping customers. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made shopping for my kids a smooth, enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

  Vans Parkway Plaza (El Cajon) deserves recognition for exceptional customer service. I live out of state and was really stressed about an order, so I had to call the store directly. Celeste was the first person who helped me, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. She didn’t make me feel like a difficult customer at all, and when it went beyond what she could do, she made sure I was connected to someone who could fully help. Amadeus, the manager, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was calm, professional, and extremely reassuring. He walked me through my tracking information and made sure I felt confident and taken care of before ending the call. The fact that this level of care and professionalism came from a phone call across states says everything about this team. Celeste and Amadeus both went above and beyond, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed.

  Vans has great clearance items and deals that you won't get at the mall. My guess is because its an outlet store.
