  Upon walking into the store, I immediately felt at ease because of how clean and organized everything was. I was greeted with friendly smiles and offered help if I needed it. I’m leaving the store with steals, not just deals! 🙌🏽 10/10 recommend! I’ll definitely be returning! ✨

  Plato’s closet has a good inventory and fair prices, but I have some feedback about the selling process. If the inventory is full it would be helpful to share this with customers in advance. I called today and confirmed what the shop is looking for, brought in a large amount of clothes, waited several hours and returned only to see one item was selected for a couple dollars. The reason was the inventory is full. While the staff was friendly, I felt it was not worth my time or gas to bring my items. Saying on the phone that they are not buying many items would have been really helpful. For this reason I had a frustrating experience, but feel it can be improved by better communication. (:

  The staff are lacking in terms of customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted. I wanted to sell my things and they did not pick anything from what I dropped off which is fine, but I was not thanked on my way out either. Not expecting over-the-top friendliness but the vibe is straight up hostile and the bare minimum of customer service isn’t even met.

  Store is clean and organized. Staff is helpful and friendly. Fun to shop with friends on a hot day in a cool store with so many different styles and so much to choose from.
