  Today I went there. It had been a few months since the last time I came to shop. I always drive 30 minutes just to come buy something, and today was a big surprise for me. I saw they had 90% off and I thought, "Amazing, I'm going to get a lot today." But my surprise was that everything was extremely expensive for it being used clothing. When I take clothes to sell, they pay me $1.50 or $3 per piece for that same item, and yet they sell one piece here for $60. It's unbelievable. Someone asked me, "Are these prices real?" I told them, "I guess so, since they have 90% off." So it's not that bad. What a surprise—excessive prices. So I decided to look for what actually had the discount, and it turned out to be old, damaged clothes that were worn out or faded in some way. Unbelievable. I ended up leaving without buying anything. It's better to shop online than to come here and buy used items at such high prices.

  Poor customer service. The employees seemed more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. I had to wait a long time just to be assisted, which was frustrating. I understand employees can chat while working, but customers should still be prioritized and taken care of in a timely manner.

  If I could give this zero stars I truly would do not go to this company. It is such a scam!! I brought in 3 pairs of shoes to sell one was never worn the other two was lightly I mean LIGHTLY used maybe worn once or twice and they told me $14.95 mind you one of the pairs were platform crocs in awesome condition. Are you serious? Which in fact, I bet you they would sell them for 40 or $50 waste of time and energy better off giving your stuff to a Goodwill but when my husband came inside, she was nice to him… weird lol and for some reason, they only do one “sell” per day, even if you don’t actually “sell” them anything…
