  The San Mateo Bridgepoint Nordstrom Rack has a way better selection! Might make sense because it’s newer.

  Hoy, por primera vez fui a esta tienda y quedé encantada al igual que mi familia, fuimos a buscar algunas cosas para mi hermano. Y por suerte encontramos a una chica que hablaba español, no recordamos su nombre pero era una chica alta de cabello rubio, que nos ayudó a buscar la ropa no encontrábamos y amablemente y nos atendió nos dijo que iba por algo para buscar las prendas, después de 5 minutos teníamos las prendas para mi hermano. Recomiendo 100% esta tienda y claro que volveremos y gracias por tener personas como ella que dedican su tiempo a los clientes aparte de tener tareas laborales. ♥️

  I had a great experience at Nordstrom Rack in East Palo Alto. Tony Esquirel provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He was friendly, professional, and patient, making the shopping experience much more enjoyable. Tony also works in the shoe department and was very knowledgeable about the selection, helping me find the right size and offering helpful recommendations. His attention to detail and willingness to assist really stood out. Employees like Tony are a big reason customers come back. Thank you for all your help!
