  I visited the Persimmons place store in Dublin to exchange a gifted item for a different size. I did not have a receipt, as the item was a gift. I was assisted by an employee who spoke to me in a manner I found rude and offensive I asked for a supervisor. Tara, the supervisor came and although the item I was returning had the appropriate tag she told me it doesn’t show the same item in the system. I asked her what item the tag indicates she refused to tell me and said it doesn’t matter what it showes anyone could take an item from the sales floor and come in to exchange it without a receipt, which I felt implied I may not have obtained the item legitimately\. I was simply trying to exchange a gift for the correct size and was not attempting to deceive the store\. I also noted that the item I brought in did not have a security tag, while the replacement item did\. I understand inventory and security procedures vary, but this did not justify the tone or implication I experienced\. I requested to speak to a manager Tara went annd talked to the manager but refused to give me the manager name rudly. Finally manger named Pat showed up but the same thing .Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unfairly treated\. My concern is not the potential denial of the exchange, but the manner in which I was spoken to and the implication regarding my honesty\. I have disabilities so all of my shopping are done on line. I have spent so much on nordstrom rack on regular basis for the past 20 years but this was very unprofessional and unpleasant experience specially dealing with Nordstrom company I called Nordstrom customer support and talked to a gentleman on the phone regarding my experience. Him being apologetic hung up on me !! thinking it was an honest mistake I called again the same person answered and hung up on me again!!!!!!This is not the Nordstrom I knew for so long and it is so sad to see the store who was so popular for their unique merchandise and amazing customer care has gone down this low. I am going to close my account and give my business to a store who train their representatives manner and respect Sincerely, Maggie

  Returns and checkout needs to be entirely separate counters. What could’ve been a 5 minute stop turned into a 30 minute hold up because of returns. The woman checkers here move OBNOXIOUSLY SLOW. Superbly slow and painful experience.
