But the standout experience was the person running the store. I referenced an a sweater that I saw in the catalog. She knew what sweater I was talking about, shared that was not something she carried, but showed me other sweaters. Her knowledge of the stock was impressive. The most remarkable thing was her poise and customer service, she radiated a good mood and it was infectious. There were several other customers that came in while I was there and she greeted everyone with the same energy and enthusiasm.

I told him I didn't prefer the reversible belts because they always broke after about two months of use. He directed me to an all-leather belt, which feels great. Richard is an asset to DXL.
