  I was in this location on Friday the 22nd and all I can say it is the best and most friendly customer service i've experienced in a life time. I was shopping to go out with the girls for the first time since I gave birth to my baby girl, I was unsure of where to start (because of my Postpartum body) and Kristina made me feel so understood and confident! I would've ever thought I would meet such a sweet and caring retail worker due to past experiences.. She helped me build my outfit from head to toe Literally!!! All I can say is I will be back at this location to see Kristina again! She was amazing and such a good representation of the brand!😄

  I had such an amazing experience shopping here for my graduation dress. I was honestly feeling really overwhelmed before coming in because graduation is such a special moment, and I wanted to find something that made me feel confident, comfortable, and truly like myself. From the moment I walked in, the staff made the entire experience so much easier and enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers feel good in what they wear. They made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. They paid attention to the little details and helped me find a dress that fit perfectly for such an important milestone in my life. The dress I ended up choosing was even better than what I originally imagined, and I received so many compliments on it. The store itself was also very clean, organized, and had such a great variety of dresses to choose from compared to other stores I have visited. It didn’t feel chaotic or overwhelming like some other places I’ve been to. Overall, I truly can’t recommend this store enough. They turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into such a memorable and exciting experience for me. I’m so grateful for all of their help and for making me feel special during such an important time in my life. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this store to all my friends and family looking for dresses for special occasions. Special thanks to Judith and Julie they helped me out a lot! Can’t thank them enough!!

  went into the store yesterday, which was May 18th 2026. I was looking for an outfit for my graduation ceremony, but did not find one. Instead, I found a strapless silicone bra. I purchased it. It said one size One pair, apparently this is the only size that they have available. It’s false advertisement! The strapless bra does not fit. Everyone, you must be A cup- C cup. to fit into this bra. So they are putting out these bras and having false advertisement on the package that says one size one pair. That pair that one size does not fit every female! It’s false advertisement! I tried to go today to get a refund, because I purchased it, but I did not use it, I used it on top of my clothing, and it did not fit! It’s very disappointing that they would not take my item back and refuse to give me a refund and kept offering me a different item which I did not want. This was my first time even going into this location, I heard about it through Google and decided to give it a try. I’m not going back to that store. And they are a rip off for selling it for $20 when it doesn’t fit all females. They refuse to give me a refund and the woman that was helping me, her name was Brenda and she refused to give me a refund and said final sale. But when I went to look at the brawls again, there was about two other packages/boxes of bras that have been opened and look like they’ve been used. So she refused to give me back my refund and was very unprofessional. Will not be returning.
