I used to shop at Banana Republic (and even worked there 20+ years ago), but Express now feels like the version of Banana I loved back then. I shop in person to support local stores, and the staff here makes that easy. Angela Ulloa and Marlen are outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping customers. Angela greeted me right away on my last visit and told me about an amazing promotion. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve walked out with nothing… instead I spent nearly $500 because she knew exactly how to help me find what I needed. This is why I keep coming back. Great service, great people, and a store worth supporting.

I let her know the online price, her first answer was “I don’t think they’re that price” (she never bothered to look) the other employee I asked seemed to annoyed I asked. Friendliness and smile go a long way. I love express clothing, I’ll have to drive to Cerritos moving forward,
