  I had such a wonderful experience working with John while choosing my engagement ring! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel confident in my decision without ever making me feel pressured. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to help me find a ring that was perfect for me. I absolutely love my engagement ring and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about helping you find the right piece!

  We had such a great experience at Shane Co.! My fiancée and I worked with Mateo to get our wedding rings. He was such a pleasure to work with! We genuinely enjoyed our experience. We ended up going a few times before landing on what we wanted but Mateo was exceptionally helpful each time. Highly recommend Shane Co. and if you can, ask to work with Mateo! (Will note that everyone there was always friendly and helpful. We just ended up working with Mateo for most of the time.)

  We’ve been loyal Shane customers since 2012, when we bought our wedding rings. Came in recently for birthday purchase and engagement ring center stone upgrade. Also, got several rings resized and polished. I also needed a broken chain necklace repaired. We were assisted by John, who was very helpful and provided great customer service. The Shane Company’s diamond upgrade policy and lifetime warranty and service are amazing and they always have beautiful pieces, which is why I keep on buying jewelry there.

  We walked into Shane Co today thinking we were dropping off my wedding ring for a repair, but ended up upgrading the diamond on my wedding ring because John found the perfect thing for me. Thank you for the quick and delightful interaction, John! He even made sure we were out in time to make it to our dinner plans. 😇
