  Not really good, Travis. The staff is pretty rude unless they see that you want to buy something expensive. All of their gold is 14k, which, to be honest, does not hold value very well, but has the highest margins in the industry. You’re basically paying for a lot of their designs, which, to be honest, are nothing special and you can find a local jewelry store. Invest probably 10% more and get 18 karat gold, which holds its value a lot more.

  We had a great experience at Shane Co., thanks to Ellen! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we felt comfortable, and never made us feel pressured into making a purchase.   We had a great experience with John. We initially were only bringing our rings to be dropped off for cleaning but my husband wanted to look into upgrading options. John not only helped him with selecting an upgraded band but also let me know an option to upgrade my center stone due to diamond costs being lower. He helped me select a beautiful larger diamond to upgrade to. He also advised us of future ideas to look into. We will definitely be back and would love to work with him again. I have always loved Shane Co for never being driven on pushing a sale but more about what the customer is looking for and comfortable purchasing.

  I got proposed to last night! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Joanna at Shane Co., and she was truly amazing from start to finish. My fiancé first worked with Joanna when he initially went in to pick out my proposal ring. When we went back together today, I was so happy to finally meet Joanna myself! She is so patient, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to show me different diamonds within budget. She really listened to what I liked and helped me find the one I absolutely fell in love with. It was so beautiful I teared up! Joanna genuinely made this whole experience so special for both of us. I’m so grateful she got to be part of such an important moment in our lives. She is truly wonderful at what she does, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us through this journey. Shane Co. is such a beautiful place, and everyone is so friendly and professional. Between the amazing customer service, beautiful selection, and great warranty, they really have the whole package. We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Shane Co. to anyone!

  Shane Co. is an amazing company to work with. I blindly called over there asking about heart-shaped diamonds and they connected me to one of their sales associates named John. He gave me a rundown of what they had in their current inventory, so my wife and I went there a couple of days later to take a look at what they had to offer. They were all very beautiful diamonds, however we wanted something a bit larger. John brought in a couple more from another location and we went over there once again to look at them. Sure enough, we picked out and purchased a very beautiful 2-carat diamond, then John showed us some perfect settings that my wife loved. The typical lead time to have the diamond mounted to the setting was a solid 5 working days, sometimes longer - my wife was slightly disappointed hearing that schedule. Here is where John stepped up to the plate to help me get the diamond back in 3 days so I could give it to my wife while we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary while having an evening dinner at Flemings. When I gave her the ring while we were sitting at our table, she was in total shock and completely beside herself not knowing that John and I were in cahoots together to make it all happen. There was two couples sitting next to us and they were watching the whole thing happen , and when they left, they gawked at my wife’s stunning ring. All said and done, John went above and beyond from what most people would not expect, to that of him taking a personal interest in doing everything in his power to make his new clients happy and completely satisfied with their jewelry purchase. Needless to say, Shane Co has a very talented workforce and they are all a pleasure to work with. My new friend, John, is leading that charge!
