  Been coming here for awhile and we always have the best customer service. Mateo was so helpful both times that we have come in. He is professional and really knows his stuff. Any questions that we hit him with, he had an answer.

  We originally found ourselves at Shane Co in Cupertino looking to have the stone recentered and prongs checked in my wife’s wedding ring. We had had our eye on a potential upgrade on her wedding set for our upcoming 10 year anniversary. Chris G. did an incredible job at not only helping us transfer in our favorite ring we saw online from across the country, but also made us feel comfortable and at ease making this big decision. He was so kind, patient, and personable, making us feel at ease while we shopped. His knowledge in jewelry and the process was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. We were eager and looking forward to working with Chris with each visit to the store. Growing up in central Indiana, we grew up hearing the Shane Co radio ads on the daily and had a great experience purchasing our wedding bands many years ago in Indianapolis. It was a relief to see the reputation, knowledge, and hospitality of this company and employees mirror that of our experience back in the Midwest as almost newlyweds. If you’re in the market for a new jewelry piece, Shane Co is definitely the way to go.

  I came to Shane on recommendation from friends and co workers.. From the moment I walked into their Cupertino flagship location, I knew this was where I wanted to purchase my bridal rings from. I was amazed by their incredibly large inventory, huge spacious show room, very helpful and friendly staff who are not at all pushy and truly care to help you find exactly what you are looking for and to be happy with your purchase.. I had such a flawless experience shopping with them and am beyond thrilled with the two rings I brought home (my engagement and wedding ring!!) Karla helped me each time I came into the store and always recognized me and greeted me so kindly! I just want to add that, I’m very indecisive shopper and didn’t know much about diamonds when I first came in, but she was so knowledgeable and able to break down all the information to me (4C’s) and guide me through selecting a diamond. She even showed me different style wedding bands so I can choose a set that looked elegant and beautiful together. I was very set on a round brilliant, and something with a lower setting, and she helped me to find the IDEAL ring of my dreams! I have never seen such a vast inventory of both natural and lab grown in any store!! What sold me about them is that they have an in house jewelers who can design, build and fix your jewelry right then and there (no need to mail it out to another state and deal with long turnaround time)!! A special S/O to Matteo too for jumping in to help me!! They were so busy on a few occasions that I came in, and still I was greeted at my arrival and someone came out to help me very promptly. A+++++ customer service. I know I’ll get great customer service if I should ever need service, upgrade diamond, etc down the line!! Thank you SOOO much Shane co! I have definitely found a friend in the diamond business!! <3

  My spouse and I came to Shane Co. to upgrade our wedding bands. We initially had specific styles in mind but once we tried them on in person, we realized they weren’t quite what we wanted. Gargi was very helpful throughout the process. She took the time to learn about our preferences and selected several different ring options for me to try. She was patient, never rushed us, and gave us plenty of time to compare styles and make our decision. The customer service was great and the entire experience was enjoyable and stress-free. We’re pleased with our visit.

  We had an amazing experience working with Lis at Shane Co while helping a family member find the perfect engagement ring. From our very first visit all the way through the final purchase, Lis provided exceptional service every step of the way. We initially walked in without an appointment, and Lis was able to accommodate us right away. She took the time to educate us on the 4 Cs, answer all of our questions, and guide us through the process without ever making us feel pressured. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable.
