  Alice, Eric and the entire staff are all amazing at Shane Co. My fiancée and I picked out both of our bands here and we were impressed by not only the selection, but also the outstanding customer service! Alice was super helpful throughout the entire process, giving us suggestion to fit the style we wanted, the price range we were looking at. She made sure to answer all of our questions, reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied and overall, provided top notch customer service. Definitely would return to Shane Co for our future jewelry needs.

  In my first visit to Shane Co., Liz was very welcoming and helpful. We came in to get a few items cleaned and to browse a few items. She guided me and my girlfriend by offering different options, made notes for our return, educated us on jewelry maintenance, and helped us select a nice pair of earrings. Would definitely come back.

  The Shane Company is always our go to place for jewelry. I love the professionalism and genuine courtesy of the staff. They make it very easy to get in and out quickly with cleaning or repairs. But also take the time to help you pick out the perfect piece. This trip Gargi took care of my ring repair when I lost a diamond. She made it super simple to get it cleaned, replaced, and fully checked over. I will always come back to The Shane Company! Missy H.

  Karla G & Eric W at the Cupertino Location We came in for a much needed clean for our rings. Eric did some digging into our file and planted a little seed about a possible upgrade. He paired us with Karla G and she took care of us seamlessly. She didn’t toy around with numbers or try to sell us into anything bigger or better. She patiently asked for our thoughts of the idea of upgrading and we walked out of there with something better and bigger. Most importantly, we stayed within our budget. Thanks so much!

  Joanna is phenomenal and I consider her my personal jewelry stylist at this point. Working with her does not feel like "working" with her-it feels like I am out shopping with a girlfriend who listens. She is still very professional but she makes me feel special and the conversation around the consideration of pieces feels personal. I came in looking for another necklace and bracelet set as I recently bought a paperclip set and loved it, but wanted something to switch out with every once in a while. She came over, remembered who I was, and after chatting a bit, she pulled a couple pieces I absolutely loved. She understood my preferences-classic but versatile, everyday casual or for the office. Her patience, her sense of humor, her ability to answer my questions, even if she didnt know in the moment, was all top tier customer service that didnt feel like customer service, but again, felt like shopping with a friend. Joanna is a jewel at Shane Co and I will definitely be relying on her again for her expertise in my jewelry needs.
