  The first purchase I made with VCA approximately 2 years ago was a wonderful experience. I made an appointment online and was paired with SA Cameron. She was attentive, patient and really gave me the pros and cons of which style to end up going with. When it came to visiting the store a few years later for another VCA necklace, I sent a message to Cameron who was eager to assist me. Yet, when my husband and I arrived, she seemed like she had better things to do. Just have been taking too much of her time at 11 am, that when I asked how to get two Alhambra necklaces to lay on top of eachother, she proceeded to huff out of her chair, take the necklaces from my husbands hands and then attempt to connect them while choking me in the mouth with them! I have never been treated this way and let the VCA corporate know that. Shortly after writing the complaint, some sales manager called and apologized and said she would "send" me something in the mail. Nothing was sent, to my surprise! I think if you choose another SA you may be fine at this location, but who knows how terrible these SA can act if their own management doesn't bat an eye at their behavior.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve always had an excellent experience at Van Cleef & Arpels at South Coast Plaza. The boutique is beautiful and elegant, and the jewelry is absolutely exceptional. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly on another level. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and attentive without ever being pushy. They take their time with you and make the entire experience feel personal and special, which is exactly what you expect from a maison of this caliber. Beautiful jewelry, exceptional service, and a wonderful overall experience. One of my favorite boutiques at South Coast Plaza. Five stars!

  Store is always busy but everyone is accommodating. We were always offered drinks and chocolate. During our last visit, Trevor took care of my family. He even offered my toddler a juice box, what a sweet man.
