- MTMoe TaghipourfardDec 28, 20251.0My family and I have bought so many things from Macy’s over the years, including many pairs of sunglasses, and we’ve recommended Macy’s to a lot of people because we trusted the brand. That’s why this experience at Macy’s South Coast Plaza was so disappointing. I bought sunglasses 5 days ago and the lenses were scratched when I received them. I returned for help and asked to speak with a manager. The person I spoke with just said “I am the manager” and was rude and dismissive, only repeating “exchange only” with no effort to handle the situation professionally or escalate it further. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. I’ll be warning my Persian community and my academic community to avoid shopping at this location if they expect respectful service or accountability.

So they order another one for me and delivered to my house. But it also came with some scratches. When I went to return they refuse to return it. The manager of those locations on third floor very rude and deal with unprofessional way. I don’t recommend anyone one to buy from this. If there is zero star I will do it for this location.
