  Very disappointing experience. I came to the store to return a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses that I ordered online from Sunglass Hut. They arrived with dirty packaging, and the sunglasses themselves were uneven and did not sit properly on my face. The employee initially refused to accept the return, saying that the sunglasses were “not broken” and that there was “nothing wrong with them.” I explained that I simply wanted to return a purchase I was not satisfied with. After we insisted that we still wanted to make the return, she suddenly told us that the system was not working and that we would have to come back another day. Given that the issue with the system was only mentioned after we insisted on the return, it honestly made me question whether the system was actually down. This happened at House of Sun on September 9th at approximately 6:00 PM. I hope management looks into this situation and addresses it with the employee who was working at that time, because the level of customer service we received was extremely poor and completely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. A customer should not have to argue with an employee just to make a normal return.

  My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted by the kind staff at House of Sun. Kaida attended to us, letting us know of the current offers and helped us greatly in finding frames that complimented our aesthetic and face shapes. She caught our vibe immediately and made our experience fun, efficient, and pleasant. We initially were just browsing but her amazing hospitality and service led to us leaving with a few pairs and great deals. Would definitely recommend this location, the staff, and Kaida's super friendly and attentive service!
