  If you want to buy ysl I would recommend buying from a different location. I had to wait outside the store even thought there was only 3 people inside and at least 6 people working there but I can brush that off. The guard was nice. I went in today knowing exactly what I wanted and planned on purchasing a certain item for my friends upcoming birthday. They had it in stock and I even told the sales lady (Judy) that I would buy something else if it was not in stock. But I needed to get something for her birthday today and that’s the reason I ended up getting it at this location. So I walk in I had just gotten of work and I was parched they didn’t offer me anything to drink while the only other lady in the store was drinking a whole glass of champagne and all the sales associates were standing around doting on her. When the sales associate wrapped the item up the dust bag literally looked dusty and the box looked dirty but I also overlooked that. Then when they went to wrap it up they put the gift in a giant bag that looked like a takeout bag for food- it was so ugly and I could never gift it in a bag like that! I asked if they could put it in a bag with ribbon on it (mind you I could see bags with ribbon behind the counter) and they said they didn’t have any. I felt a very judgmental vibe from the employees and no one was very nice. Considering I was a super easy client and I know my sales woman (Judy) got commission off of my sale you would think they would be a lot more accommodating. I’ve never gotten treated like that at a luxury store before and I will not be back to this location. It’s a terrible look for the brand, and makes me want to go to a whole different store all together!

  The sales associate did not offer us any water or champagne throughout our visit a hispanic woman did offer us water but she did not. Please offer your clients water and champagne, we are all thristy

  I visited the South Coast Plaza Saint Laurent boutique to buy a gift for my child, who has officially become a teenager. Although I purchased the gift, I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. Judy, I hope you see this review. Your mood showed in your attitude, and it ruined what should have been a happy shopping experience. Never forget that your attitude represents Saint Laurent. You are the brand in the eyes of your customers.
