  Took clients through South Coast Plaza following a showing in Laguna Niguel and made a point of stopping at Saint Laurent. One client — a creative director who had just relocated from New York — was immediately drawn to the current collection. The boutique itself is impeccably presented, with that signature mix of edge and elegance that defines the brand. The staff struck the right balance: attentive without hovering. As a luxury real estate broker serving Orange County, I find that South Coast Plaza consistently draws the caliber of buyer who appreciates this level of retail. Saint Laurent fits that environment exceptionally well. The store is one of the best-executed in the mall, and the experience matches the quality of the merchandise.

  I have bought two bags from this YSL store and all the employees there are absolutely amazing. They are always so accommodating and patient with their customers. The first bag I bought, the sales associate was very kind and let me try on all different bags and put my personal items in them to see if the bag would fit everything I needed it to. She gave my suggestions and gave me pro tips for each bag. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products. The second bag I bought was a top-notch experience. Matt had answered the phone when I was asking if they had a popular bag back in stock and he sadly told me they did not. Then 2 minutes later he called me and told me he they had one left!! He held it for me for the 30 minutes it took to drive there. Once I arrived he had the bag ready for me and let me check it out to make sure it was as great in person as online. He was very professional, kind, and patient with me. As going into other designer stores, I can say this YSL store's employees care actually about their customers rather than just making a sale, and truly make the shopping an experience something to remember.

  I always purchase from this store , my first time I was literally dressed like a homeless person lol , I was helped by Kim (Manager) , she gave me excellent customer service , and answered all my question she’s my go to every time I need a new bag, wallet , shoes ect .

  The very hard-to-find Ultramarine YSL Clutch we bought from Spain earlier in the year (my wife's favorite) was unfortunately stolen from a home invasion we had a couple of months ago. I've been in search since and didn't have any trips to Europe planned any time soon. By chance, I called the Saint Laurent store at the South Coast Plaza and had the fortunate experience of Carmen answering my call. She was busy but asked for my cell number and texted me soon after. I sent a picture of what I was looking for I couldn't believe they had one! She was so helpful and had it on hold for me. She even offered to have it delivered if I wanted. I went the next morning and they were having a meeting, however, she was the one to greet me and knew immediately who I was. Fantastic in every sense of the word and her co-workers were just as amazing! Everyone here is so customer-oriented and don't understand any of the negative reviews. Honestly, I'm going to guess it's more of the customers and their terrible attitudes or outlooks on life that would give this place anything less than stellar ratings. Thank you everyone and Saint Laurent is lucky to have all of you employed with them. I will be returning and highly recommending to friends, family, and strangers alike!
