  Very Bad " service " from woman on the MAC counter. Bad, almost Rude " hurry up and decide so I can get back to talking to my colleague " attitude. News for Nordstrom. There are MAC counters in most stores.

  Best Nordstrom store visited in south coast plaza This Nordstrom awesome. Everyone so friendly. The ladies at the Estee Lauder section were extremely helpful and friendly. Going back to Channel 5 a huge selection and such friendly service there too. Huge store with rock of the 80s was making me smile remembering dancing in Hollywood CA in my younger years Amazing day I will always cherish. Thank you all Best to each and every one of you

  I cannot say enough good things about Katheryn in Asset Protection at Nordstrom South Coast Plaza. She helped me with a very stressful situation involving a lost pair of sunglasses that meant a great deal to me, and she handled everything with kindness, professionalism, patience, and real follow-through. I also want to recognize the team at Nordstrom Local Brentwood, including Danton, Greta, Trey, and Emma, who were also part of helping me through this situation. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely helpful. This is why I have always believed Nordstrom has one of the best service cultures of any company. It is not just about policy — it is about people. Katheryn and the Nordstrom Local Brentwood team represented Nordstrom beautifully, and I truly hope they are recognized for the extraordinary care they showed.

  I had an outstanding in‑store styling experience with Ann S. at TBD on June 20. I came in wanting to refine my travel wardrobe, and Ann was exceptional—thoughtful, stylish, and incredibly knowledgeable ✨. She focused on what I needed, and what I didn’t. I told her I had too much athleisure, too many black pants, and more shoes than I could ever use 👟. She listened, edited, and curated with intention. Nearly every piece she pulled fit my hard to fit petite proportions beautifully and worked seamlessly within a coordinated capsule that will make packing for upcoming trips effortless 🎒✈️. And when she added a pair of black pants I didn’t already own—perfect fit, perfect fabric—I just had to get them! Her eye for color and fit is truly impressive, and how she nailed my style having never met me, is beyond me! I left feeling confident, inspired, and beautifully prepared for my travels 🌍. I highly recommend Ann to anyone looking for expert, personalized styling. Thank you Ann!

  I had an issue with some mens shoes that had defective sole material. Debbie in management personally assisted me and worked to make things right. Nordstrom associates like Debbie are the reason I've been shopping there since the 1980s. It's good to know they still value their legacy customer base. NOTE: The Cerritos Nordstroms refused to help me with this......
