They were both incredibly professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to making sure I left happy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without making me feel pressured.

I have been a longtime shopper here, which made this experience even more disappointing. I came in to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased online and received only a day ago. Unfortunately, they did not fit. The shoe manager, Greg, proceeded to question me and closely examine the shoes in a way that made me feel as though I was being accused of returning worn or used merchandise. No one explained that another employee would be assisting me, and the entire interaction made me feel singled out and treated like an inconvenience simply for making a legitimate return. Whether this treatment was because I am a minority or because he was frustrated about processing a return, the way I was treated felt disrespectful and unacceptable. Management needs additional training on customer service, professionalism, and how their behavior can come across to customers. No longtime customer should leave a store feeling judged, embarrassed, or unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping at this location moving forward.
