  I bought a pair of shoes couple days ago. I didn’t realize it wasn’t my correct size for that brand until I tried them on at home. I only use them 15 minutes inside the house to see how it fits. Today I brought the shoes for a return. They refuse the return and told me they don’t accept any clothes or shoes if they are missing tags or you try them on at house. So it is almost like final sale unless you are gonna buy something and keep it untouched at house then return it.

  DO NOT purchase a TravelPro suitcase from Nordstrom Rack. TravelPro support said they no longer support the suitcase I bought there that malfunctioned and informed me the 10 year warranty in the case was no longer any good. Mauricio did say they would like to offer me a 15% off coupon on another TravelPro model instead. Nice

  Absolutely great customer service. I came in 10 minutes before closing to pick up an online order. A more mature female employee with a great sense of style and a male brunette charismatic employee helped me retrieve my order. I thought I was going to get push back since I placed my order as a guest and only had screenshot as refence. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient they both were. I got my order within minutes. *STORE MANAGER: You have a good team!
