  When you come to McQueen, ask for Carter and Amber. Carter is a perfect representation of the brand. He spent a lot of time with us and was extremely helpful. Such a great dude! He is fun, he is knowledgeable and he lets the sale happen naturally. For his age, it was great to see such a good kid. The brand is lucky to have you. We were treated like Royalty by Carter & Amber. Amber is perfect for high end customers. She is a joy. If you get over to South Coast Mall, make sure you stop in. We grabbed the Shoes & Purse for my girl. And if any fellas read this, you should swoop the grey sweater. It’s the best one out there. I’d buy it but I have too big of shoulders and back to fit in this style. Perfect for a skinnier type male. Thanks a ton team and you just earned perfect customers!

  I don’t go luxury shopping very much but if I were to go back to South Coast Plaza, it would literally be for Michelle. Shopping with a baby can be a bit overwhelming but Michelle’s accommodations made us feel right at home. She really made our experience so fun and memorable and I genuinely can’t wait to go back just for her. It truly feels like I went in just looking for shoes, but I left with a friend and shoes lol. Definitely ask for Michelle. You will not be disappointed!

  Stopped into McQueen at South Coast Plaza with a client from London who was viewing properties in Newport Beach and Laguna — she specifically asked to browse South Coast Plaza between showings. The store has a beautifully dark, dramatic aesthetic that showcases the brand perfectly. The sculptural shoes and tailored pieces stood out. Staff were knowledgeable about the collections and very helpful. As someone who regularly works with international buyers relocating to Orange County, I find that South Coast Plaza's boutique lineup is consistently impressive, and McQueen is one of the more distinctive stops.

  Michelle & Jeff were both so helpful, approachable, and super easy to be around. Felt like I was meeting up with old friends and there was an immediate connection. Store layout is beautiful. I tried on several pieces and ended up purchasing a beautiful moth embroidered T-shirt. Michelle‘s follow up contact after my visit was professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this store, the employees, & this unique heritage brand 💀🙌
