- WNWinnie NgAug 25, 20261.0I have been a loyal Lululemon customer since the brand’s early days back in Vancouver, but my recent visit to the South Coast Plaza store was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. I brought in two items—one cross-border purchase from Canada that I simply wanted to exchange for a different size, and another item slightly past the 30-day window. Even though the employee was able to pull up all my purchase records in the system, he showed zero interest in helping me. Instead, he just rattled off policies to push me out the door. The level of dismissiveness made me feel targeted and faced with a discriminatory attitude. To make matters worse, I took the exact same items to another Lululemon location right after, and they processed both the exchange and the refund without any issues. Lululemon usually excels at customer service, but the service at South Coast Plaza was completely unacceptable.

- KBKatie BuiMay 3, 20261.0Today 5/3/26 register #2, white young lady, I forget to ask her name, transaction #: 110151, first she stated the shirt I returned smell, I asked her how, the tag is there, how could I wear? Second, she didn’t give me discount that’s supposed to be. I need to come back! WTH!
