However after today's in-store experience with Alondra we can clearly identify that high quality customer service interactions hold a significant value that needs to be embraced. Alondra was empathetic, understanding, professional and warm; she went above and beyond to excel expectations. Here is the story: Our loved aunt passed away recently and there was a specific type of clothing needed for her burial gown. After some research we were pleased to find that Lululemon carries the specific style and material needed so we went ahead and placed an online pick up order from the Cerritos Mall location. After realizing the slip my uncle went to Lululemon South Coast Plaza which is our closest location wanting to exchange the piece and you know...ready for some retail push back. Well, not only there wasn't any push back, but Alondra took the time to help my uncle find the right color and size needed to make sure my aunt's gown is as close to perfect as we vision. She shared her condolences and made the whole interaction smooth and effortless. We are highly grateful, Alondra is a great representation of your brand, your mission and character. We are definitely looking forward to our next store visit. Thanks Alondra.
