  Please do no purchase their bags had a horrible experience would not recommend their bags low quality. They didn’t want to return even though bag was low quality. Buy something else. The manager name is Asal J. The one who sold bag was Rosalia B. Both provided horrible customer service.

  I went to the Longchamp counter at Nordstrom to buy a bag, and Haleh helped me. Her knowledge of the products was amazing—you can really tell she loves what she does. She was incredibly fair, kind, and honest, and never pushy at all. She made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Haleh is hands down my favorite salesperson at the Nordstrom Longchamp counter.
