Ignition interlock devices require regular calibrations that will vary depending on your state's regulations. State regulations require your device to be calibrated anywhere from every 30 to every 180 days. Had this device for exactly 1 week today and it locked me out at Costco gas station pump. Took over an hour to get thru to someone. They gave me a one time code to drive it home and only Home because I cannot turn off the car or else it won’t turn back on. I have to take it to a service center tomorrow so they could reserve it and figure out what’s wrong and if it’s something on my end, I have to repay again for them to fix it or they have to reinstall it if it’s on their end, which is such a big inconvenience. I know this problem wasn’t on my end because I havnt drank since 2017. I had errands to run today and plans this weekend now it’s gonna put a big dent in my plans.
