  It feels as if this store has no training for any of their staff. I felt as if I was shopping at a discount store in terms of customer service. Not to mention after failing to help me find a wallet for my wife, they had me walk past their unhygienic lazidical "doorman" at the back door

  pretty Pearl Sunglass… but when I bring to the Store for Maintenance Service and happily Accept the Price to Fix 2 missing pearl and minimal retouch service. after 1 Month , the Sunglass return with the Result can’t Fix… I don’t want to throw it away, but also ay the same time I couldn’t stand that it’s not in Perfect Condition anymore. I can’t use it to Wear anymore… due to the imperfection current Condition of It make me feel Uncomfortable

  CHANEL at South Coast Plaza is simply one of the finest boutique experiences available anywhere in Southern California. I've been here numerous times over the years, both personally and with clients who are entering the OC luxury lifestyle after significant real estate purchases. The tweed suits, classic handbags, and fine jewelry in this space carry real prestige, and the staff treat every client with the kind of care you'd expect from the house. This is one of those destinations I recommend to out-of-area buyers as a true expression of what Newport Beach and the surrounding coastal communities represent at their best. Flawless from start to finish.

  The boutique itself is well maintained, and the pieces we purchased were beautiful, including items for my wife that she was very happy with. After reflecting on the visit, however, the service did not feel aligned with the Chanel standard. We made a substantial purchase, yet the overall experience felt somewhat aloof and transactional rather than warm, gracious, or especially attentive. Basic hospitality was missing; we were not offered even something as simple as water during the visit. For context, my comparison point is not ordinary retail service, but other luxury boutiques in the same mall, including Hermès, Zegna, and Moncler at South Coast Plaza, where the experience has consistently felt more welcoming, polished, and complete. The products were excellent, but the client experience did not match the level one would reasonably expect from Chanel.
