  Anabelle and Paul helped me get a beautiful two-tone Santos. The entire experience was great and seamless from start to finish. They were both professional, helpful, and made the whole process enjoyable. I definitely look forward to doing business with this store again. Highly recommended!

  Never thought I would give a Rolex AD 5 stars but Edward was very nice very helpful let me try on different models and didnt look annoyed at all like other AD's . He helped with getting me on list very cool guy fingers crossed for this AD.

The Bucherer associate isn't guarding the Crown Jewels—they're guarding inventory that belongs to a Swiss conglomerate. Their authority is borrowed, their judgment is irrelevant, and their contempt is self-defeating The arrogance radiates from behind the counter like heat from the Sahara. They are guarding the crowns of Switzerland like feudal lords protecting a fiefdom. They have forgotten that they are not the aristocrats — they are the servants of the brand. Bucherer 1888 is an official Rolex retailer, but the staff act like they own the vault. They are the ones who should be grateful you walked through the door.   Awful service center. Their lead times are the highest in the state and they still do not deliver anywhere near the given timeframe. There are plenty of other efficient options to service your watch in the LA/OC area. Bucherer is also going through a system update/change that is effecting their internal operations, or at least thats the excuse they give. We also noticed more scratches then when we dropped off the watch for service.

  Rude staff I went in to buy a watch she just didn’t want to show me anything I had to ask like 20 times just to see a couple.
