  Jenaan and the manager Kim were so incredibly helpful and warm welcoming. If you are looking to shop at any Alo store this one is the store to go to. The selection was incredible. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Overall I had a fabulous experience.

  Visited alo yoga at south coast plaza and Francine made my visit very pleasant she was very fast and her customer service was great!

  The manager at the San Francisco location openly protected and enabled discriminatory behavior by her staff. What happened was simple: my father was told that he had to remain standing in line and was not allowed to sit down while waiting. If he sat down, they would deliberately skip him and serve other customers first. This was completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I used to be a loyal Alo customer and spent a significant amount of money with your company. Because of the way we were treated, I will never purchase another Alo product again. I understand that my individual purchasing power probably means very little to your company. However, the employee involved should seriously reflect on how she treats customers. Customer service requires professionalism, common sense, and basic respect for others. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were demonstrated during this interaction. If this is the standard of service that Alo chooses to represent its brand, then customers deserve to know exactly what kind of treatment they can expect.👋🏿

  ne of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I’ve had. I returned a dress that didn’t fit, and the employee repeatedly accused me of wearing it even after I explained I had not. I understand store policies, but the way she spoke to me felt extremely demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here anymore after this experience. The employee was a tall white woman with blonde hair and very bright pink blush, which made her easy to recognize. Her attitude and facial expressions came across very arrogant, judgmental, and discriminating, which made the situation even more embarrassing. It stopped feeling like a normal return and started feeling like I was being looked down on. I shop at Alo frequently and have spent a lot of money there over time, which made this experience even more disappointing. It wasn’t even about the store credit at that point, it was about how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never make customers feel humiliated.
