  If you don't speak English well, be careful shopping at this location. My mother went in to exchange brand-new, unworn shoes and was accused of wearing them. The employee gave her a "warning" as if she did something wrong, then forced the refund onto a gift card instead of her original payment method. She couldn't defend herself in English and came home in tears. This was disrespectful and unfair treatment of a paying customer. Very disappointed. I never expected this kind of treatment from Alo. Customers should not be treated like suspects for a simple exchange. ALO should look into how customers are treated at this store.

  Having a really good shopping experience with Kim’s help Today!!!! She is so nice and professional. Tbh it was my first time to shop in ALO, I think I’ll definitely come back :)

  Above and beyond service. This is a very beautiful location. My experience was fenomenal, to start I was welcomed by Elisa and her wonderful vibes. I came to buy a very beautiful pair of sunglasses (the were sold out the very next day after they launched them online) the employees look so amazing with their Alo outfits. I think that's a great idea and helpful, it give ideas to customers how to create outfits with the Alo gear. Checking out my item was a little bit of a challenge but I love how Kim (the store manager) was so nice and helpful during the process, she absolutely made everything smooth, the resolution was very satisfactory. I really I appreciate the service from this store.
