- AAAgatha AgathaAug 21, 20261.0Disappointing customer service I recently visited this store with my husband to buy shoes, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I wasn’t offered any assistance or advice and had to look for my own size and choose the shoes myself. When we went to the cashier “Sam….”, she told me that if I chose another pair, the second product would be 50% off. Based on what she told me, I went back and picked a pair of sandals to go with the heels. However, when she rang them up, she charged us the full price for both items. When I asked about the 50% discount she had mentioned, she responded, “No, not this!” in a very rude and unfriendly manner. If there were specific conditions or exclusions for the promotion, they should have been explained clearly from the beginning. I’m not upset only about the discount, but especially about the way the situation was handled and the way I was spoken to. Clear communication and respectful customer service would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and not valued as a customer.
