  “Assistant manager” Daniel hung up on me and told me a different “store policy” from his coworker once I requested to speak to a manager. Apparently I was lied to when I purchased items from this store.

  I’m so mad. I was charge for a bag but the payment “ didn’t show on their end” anyway I waited 2 hours for it to show and never did. They said they were going to contact me when it did, anyway the transaction is completed and I didn’t get my bag, now I have to fix this issue with the bank 😡

  I bought a crossbody purse not even a month ago, approx 3 weeks ago. I have worn it twice for for dinner not even doing any activities and I have noticed scratches on the gold part the quality feels really cheap. I have been very careful with it and always place it in its “ protective” bag, don’t know why it has these scratches. All I can think is that it’s cloned or very bad quality. I did paid about 400$ for it. Overall, I at least don’t recommend purchasing from this store don’t know if it’s the same for other stores or if I’m the only one.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!! My mom and I kind of got greeter at the door. Ones we were browsing around the store none of the two guys (employees) asked us if we need any help or if we were looking for something specific besides the atmosphere felt no welcoming. they were not busy at all it was an other lady and us.Those type of employees only go to work just to get pay. This goes for the employees if you don’t like working in retail do something else.

  IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 STAR, I WOULD!!! Worst customer service! Felt discriminated by the manager. Frankie, the manager is rasict! The store wasn't busy at all, and we were standing in line for a while. He kept looking at us, checking to see if we would leave. Before us, there were 2 hispanics who ended up leaving too. What a disappointment.
