- JSJose Sotelo3 days ago1.0I recently bought two pairs of Dr. Martens boots at the Citadel Los Angeles store. One pair felt unusually tight from the beginning, but the salesperson assured me this was normal and that they would become comfortable after a few days. After a week, the right boot became extremely uncomfortable and painfully tight on the front part of my foot, clearly feeling defective. When I returned to the store, a woman who identified herself only as “Alexa,” claiming to be the manager, treated me very rudely and refused to provide her full name. Despite explaining the issue and showing the defect, she dismissed my concerns, mocked me, and repeatedly said it was “not her problem” because the boots had already been worn. She even told me I could report her because she “didn’t care.” This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointing, especially from a brand with such a strong reputation.

If u see this that was that lmao. I hope she has a nice day, she made mine at least! & thank you to the guy who helped me but didn’t have a size 5 of the other leopard creepers. I ended up liking the ones i took home better ✨ everyone so kind there! I hope they get bonuses.. 👁️ 👁️
