  I'd like to start by prefacing that I hate to leave bad reviews but customer service at checkout has been absolutely horrendous every time I’ve visited this location this month. I’ve been here three times, and unfortunately, each experience has left me feeling unwelcome. The first time, the employee assisting me looked like she didn’t want to be there. I didn’t hold it against her because I figured maybe she was simply tired or having a bad day. The second time, the employee helping me was extremely dismissive and rude. What really stood out to me was how his entire demeanor changed once my husband came and stood behind me. Today was my third visit. The employee assisting me was okay, but what ultimately pushed me to write this review was the employee standing next to her. She repeatedly looked over at me, then walked past the employee helping me, made the sign of the cross, laughed, and walked away. It came across as though she was essentially saying, “Good luck with this customer.” I found the behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. What’s frustrating is that I wasn’t even there for anything complicated. I was simply returning a couple of pairs of jeans and picking up an online order. Honestly, I already dislike the in-store shopping experience at this location, and experiences like these only reinforce why I prefer shopping online. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, so I’ve continued coming back. I even make an effort to go in the mornings before the rush because I don’t want to inconvenience the employees or make their jobs more difficult. I understand that customer service can be stressful, and everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. After three consistently unpleasant experiences in one month, I’ll most likely continue shopping online rather than deal with this location.
