- SSShortyMay 10, 20261.05/10/2026 - I just received a 6 piece dipped strawberry for mothers day. The strawberries smell rotten and they look horrible. Each little paper holder has a lot of red liquid from the strawberries. I also received a mini cheesecake with a piece of brown pineapple on top I called to speak to the manager for a refund to my daughter's credit card and the guy hung up. I called back he said it was an accident and that the manager was on break. I don't expect that the manager Miriam will call me back..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR ANY OF THE EDIBLE LOCATIONS THERE SERVICE HAS GREATLY DECLINED AND THE FRUIT THEY ARE PROVIDING LOOKS DISGUSTING AND COULD POTENTIALLY MAKE YOU SICK. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 144$ fruit bouquet I bought was not fresh and the chocolate was broken off all her strawberrys. My sister in law also placed a 140$ order which was not complete. We ordered the day before delivery date and the morning of delivery date and both got there at 7pm. Update: I did call multiple times to request a refund and received it.
