  7 registers and never enough open, you are lucky if 2 registers are open. Always long lines!!

  Horrible experience at this store after shopping at Nordstrom rack and Nordstrom for more than 35 years as a loyal Icon and Ambassador customer. I never had a customer service issue there or at any Nordstrom. This Chino Store handled an escalation horribly. I had an issue with poor quality of a product I purchased In May 2026. They refused me a store credit or refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The "supervisor" at the register could not help, she refused a store credit or any solution. Then I asked for the store manager. She told me initially that "Jack" was on a call. I told them I would wait. After 15 minutes or so, in comes Toni R.. She comes to the register, told me exactly what the others said and Jack left!! That's not a supervisor. That's horrible! After I waited for several minutes, the store manager leaves!!!?? What is that?? Either someone is lying or the manager Jack is not a proper Manager. Toni also refused to help, provide a solution and becomes snarky. That's not a manager, that's a worthless Position. I told them they could keep their cheap product or throw it away. I also told them the $500+ items I was about to purchase could be put back too. Nordstrom Rack in Chino has a horrible service and CHEAPLY made products now. Then they do not want to provide their customers with a solution when there is an issue with their horrible, cheap product. SAVE YOUR MONEY and save yourself the trouble, don't go to Nordstrom Rack in Chino for anything.

  Just today earlier I was trying to return a blouse to this Chino Hills Nordstrom Rack location which is my local store. This is the first time I had problem with this store, my return in store was rejected, the manager and staff said that the item is FINAL SALE. I tried to explain to them that this purchase was not FINAL SALE. It didn't say Final Sale on the item page when I bought it, it didn't say Final Sale on my order receipt. They still rejected and seem to not able to offer any solution other than it seemed to be system error, and that I HAVE TO TAKE IT. I came home and opened my Nordstrom Rack account to find the purchase and sure enough, that order record LET ME CHOOSE 'Return Item', so I did the Return process until I received a barcode for it. I also want to say that I understand the Final Sale policy. I have never tried to return a Final Sale item if I know it when I make the purchase. But when I know for sure it was not Final Sale when I bought it, being told "No, we can't do anything because the system won't let me" is unfair to me, although that blouse was discounted, if I had known it was a Final Sale, I wouldn't take a chance with it. Update 8/15/26 Hi Mariah, Thank you for the message, but I have made the return at the West Covina location the next few days. I appreciate you reaching out!

  HIMITRI IS THE BEST!!! She went above and beyond to help me find my outfit for a wedding. Shes so nice and helpful, couldnt have done it without her. Thank you so much Himitri, you made my day ❤️
