  I had a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements. Cristina was incredibly helpful with my order and went above and beyond to accommodate my requested delivery time to ensure the arrangement wasn't left out in the sun or delivered when no one was home. Cristina was attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service gave me confidence that my gift would arrive exactly as intended. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and care. I would definitely order from this location again and highly recommend them!

  Stay away from this location. Service is horrible just like their customer service. They will not return your money even if its their fault. Then they will play games once you report them to corp. This is a small franchise that is falling apart and has their own rules, Doesn't respect the brand name. I place a order with 1 hour delivery around 11am. I called after a 1.5 hrs later to see status and they finally told me that they didnt have truck. That we could pick it up instead. I canceled order and was told their owner would call me later on the day. Someone that supposedly wasn't owner called me later in day and that I couldn't cancel order, instead I could get order delivered next day. I told them I didnt want it anymore. I wanted that 1 hour delivery that the website stated for a birthday present for my side piece. Guaranteed!!! Then I report them to corp and they lie about everything. Staying i didn't call them. That they called me to tell me they didn't have a truck. They never called. I called them all 3 times I was looking for answers. This place is horrible, im sure they are still in business cause they stealing customers money and providing the worst service possible. I will continue to call edible corp to get this place removed from their list.

  The owner of this establishment shouldn't be an owner of a business she yells on the phone she hangs up on you and she threatens you when you're on the phone that she is not going to talk to you and they also said they would give my refund back 7 to 10 business days but at the same time she was hanging up very very rude service I hope that everybody can see this this owner should not be in this establishment she answers the phone with customers with a very very unprofessional tone and acts like she has no time for you I was very dissatisfied on the order and how they lied on the time of my delivery and then tried to make it look like I was the one that was lying when I they took the order

  This store is very very rude horrible horrible customer service the owner likes to scream and yell on the phone I guess she thinks she's the president but this business is horrible horrible and I would like everybody to know out there just how horrible in disrespect the owner of this establishment is I will never ever and I will let everybody know that What kind of person runs this business

  I absolutely LOVE getting Edible Arrangements which is why my husband bought me one for my birthday last week. With all of the birthday treats, I finally opened it thr next day. The fruit was bad! It had that fizzy taste as if it was starting to fermented. The pineapple flowers were brown around the edges and with that and the fermented melons, it didn't seem safe to eat. I was so disappointed and felt bad for my husband because he went out of his way to get it for me. He called the store and for 3 days in a row, they just kept telling him the owner would call back - they never did. After all of that I threw the arrangement away and will definitely NOT be back to this location. So disappointing!
