  The service at this location is atrocious and very unprofessional. I had to contact them twice about an express delivery that was purchased and was not delivered on time. I first called them and the employee that answered apologized and said “they ran out of strawberries which is why my 10:30am order couldn’t be started til 1pm and that they only had 1 driver and 1 van.” She also stated she would refund the difference of the balance for the delivery (regular same day is $10 where I paid $16). I didn’t make a bigger fuss and just asked for an updated delivery time (2pm). At 3pm I emailed them asking how much longer. Christina (very hostile and unprofessional to say the least) contacted me until after delivery at 4pm to say she actually had until 5pm to deliver and that no refund would be issued because of “how far the delivery was”; yet their system automatically chooses the closest location and I know what I purchased. She states over and over traffic is not her fault and that the delivery was successful. The reviews don’t lie; this is a horrible location under horrible management. Nonetheless, I will neither recommend nor inquire for services going forward.

  I received a bouquet of flowers today for my anniversary today And some of the flowers were already wilted. So sad and disappointing

  I had a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements. Cristina was incredibly helpful with my order and went above and beyond to accommodate my requested delivery time to ensure the arrangement wasn't left out in the sun or delivered when no one was home. Cristina was attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service gave me confidence that my gift would arrive exactly as intended. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and care. I would definitely order from this location again and highly recommend them!

  Stay away from this location. Service is horrible just like their customer service. They will not return your money even if its their fault. Then they will play games once you report them to corp. This is a small franchise that is falling apart and has their own rules, Doesn't respect the brand name. I place a order with 1 hour delivery around 11am. I called after a 1.5 hrs later to see status and they finally told me that they didnt have truck. That we could pick it up instead. I canceled order and was told their owner would call me later on the day. Someone that supposedly wasn't owner called me later in day and that I couldn't cancel order, instead I could get order delivered next day. I told them I didnt want it anymore. I wanted that 1 hour delivery that the website stated for a birthday present for my side piece. Guaranteed!!! Then I report them to corp and they lie about everything. Staying i didn't call them. That they called me to tell me they didn't have a truck. They never called. I called them all 3 times I was looking for answers. This place is horrible, im sure they are still in business cause they stealing customers money and providing the worst service possible. I will continue to call edible corp to get this place removed from their list.

  Extremely happy with the service this location provides. Cristina and Celina are very nice, friendly and helpful. I’ve been ordering from this location for the past years and very satisfied with the quality and service 👍🤗
