  My partner and I went in to get the arm on a pair of sunglasses put back on since we lost the screw. When we walked in it took a minute for the person in the back to look up from their phone. They were able to help put the sunglasses back together. But upon looking when they handed them back the arm was misaligned and put on incorrectly. We went back into the store and explained the accidental mistake and was promptly told we were incorrect and it was the appearance of the screw making it look wrong. I had to discus for a few minutes back and forth how it didn’t match the other side and the two workers telling me I was wrong. Ultimately I felt like we had to force them to fix the mistake, which was uncomfortable. They then made comments to each other, that came off like an attitude in front of me which was even more uncomfortable. I cannot quote verbatim but overall they were saying…just fix them even though it will be wrong… yeah I know who cares…. In the moment I just wanted to leave with them wrong and go to another store. The lady who fixed them didn’t bother to trim off the screw like she had done the first time or clean them again after getting finger prints on them. We have visited many locations before as well as the Chico one and this was the worst experience we have ever had. We will not be returning here to get any repairs or cleaning done again. I hope this was a bad day and the two employees don’t treat other customers the way we were treated over an accident. They could have simply seen it as the accident it was, apologized, and fixed it but instead chose to argue when it was clearly wrongly put back together.

  Very happy with purchase, both employees (forgive me I don’t remember names easily) did an excellent job helping me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend and something for myself as well. Will be returning as a customer soon!

  No one knows how to do a simple exchange with a receipt. I just wanted to exchange my glasses for a new style but it was just too hard. Was told to come back when the manager is there. Do you not train your employees on how to do common transactions? super inconvenient as my schedule isn't the same as the "manager". I've already spent the money but will not buy from this company ever again.
