  Sales reps were rude unhelpfull and uneducated I will never buy guns r amo from this establishment ever just an unpleasant experience all around ....should have just bought local fff is the way to go 100% luv chris. What do got to say to that sportsman warehouse owner downright disrespectful people

  I recently ordered a Beckman fishing net from sportsman's warehouse in chico and I waited about a month for it to be shipped to the store and when I went to go pick up my order they couldn't even find it. Instead they brought out a net that I didn't even order. Do you expect me to take something I didn't even order?? And on top of that when I requested a refund since I didn't order that item, the person who helped me put on my refund reason said I ordered the wrong item when I didn't order the wrong item, they shipped the wrong item and tried to put the blame on me. The worst customer service I have experienced yet.

  Customer service is horrible, especially back in the gun department. Always seem to get some kinda attitude. Super unfriendly empoyees.

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the way I was treated at your store today. I was at your store yesterday and spent over $1,500 on fishing rods, tackle, and other equipment. I came back today after catching a salmon because I was planning to purchase another rod and more fishing gear. While I was in the store, I urgently needed to use the restroom because I was experiencing severe stomach pain and needed to use the bathroom immediately. Your store has public restrooms with multiple stalls, and access is controlled by a password. I was already inside using the restroom when your employees came to the door and tried to get me out — not once, but repeatedly. This is completely unacceptable. I was not occupying a private employee restroom or causing any disturbance. These are public customer restrooms with multiple stalls. If the restroom requires a password, that means the store controls access to it for customers. I was a legitimate paying customer who had spent more than $1,500 at your store the day before and was there again specifically to spend more money. Being repeatedly interrupted and pressured to leave while I was dealing with an urgent stomach problem was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. I have never experienced anything like this in a fishing store. After spending over $1,500 with your business, I expected to be treated like a valued customer. Instead, I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong simply because I needed to use the restroom. Your employees' behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I strongly recommend that management review what happened, speak with the employees involved, and clarify your policy regarding customer restroom use. I came to your store to spend money and buy fishing equipment. After today's experience, I am seriously reconsidering ever coming back. I expect an explanation from management regarding why I was repeatedly disturbed while using a customer restroom.

  Services were so BAD, I went there to look at some Rangefinding Binocular for hunting season and I went up to one of the worker and he kind of ignore me and said someone will help you when they can. But he wasn't doing anything. So I went back to the glass case and waited for someone to come over and show me the Rangefinding Binocular, I stood there for over 20 minutes. And I look back over at the other counter and there were 4 workers laughing and not one of them asked if I needed any help. I never experience anything like this as a customer, because when a customer is waiting at a glass case I'm sure the customer would like to look at something. If there was a Zero Star I would have given it Zero. Hopefully upper management will look at this review and have a talk with the workers around the Hunting and gaming section. I was going to potentially buy a $1000 Rangefinding Binocular for hunting. But will order it online from Bass Pro. Date: August 8 2026 Time: 4:40pm - 5:00pm
