  Julianne was so helpful and helped me find a couple pairs that fit great which is no small feat since even the typical Asian fit glasses still don’t fit well on me. Eric hooked us up with great prices!

  I visited this Sunglass Hut today excited to purchase the new Starfire Kylie Edition AI glasses and even brought my new Insta360 camera to document the experience. Almost immediately, an employee told me I wasn’t allowed to record inside the store. I looked around and didn’t see any signs stating that recording or photography was prohibited. When I asked about it, I was told it was a corporate policy, but no further explanation was provided. Unfortunately, instead of helping me with the glasses I came to buy, the conversation shifted to unrelated rhetorical questions that left me feeling uncomfortable and discouraged from shopping there. I completely respect that stores can have policies regarding recording. However, if that’s the case, those policies should be clearly posted and explained professionally. Most importantly, customers who come in ready to make a purchase should feel welcomed and assisted—not leave without buying anything because of the interaction. I hope management reviews this experience and provides better customer service training moving forward.

  Sadly my experience at this store has always been a let down. The first time I attempted a return at this branch for a pair of sunglasses I had gotten online- the staff said their system was down and they couldn’t help me. Another time I was at the store, the manager basically gave me negative feedback after finding out it was an online purchase I was trying to exchange. They act like when you purchase an item online - they’re a completely different company and wouldn’t even know where to start the process . They act all befuddled - shouldn’t it be a simple return or exchange since it’s the same company- whether you purchase online or in-store? It was a breeze when I visited another branch so it was either a lack of knowledgeable employees at this branch or perhaps laziness.

  The service was informative and attentive . This was helpful because I was not exactly sure what I wanted. I was presented with several options that ultimately led me to select the right fit. A really good experience.
